How We Work
Discovery first, then measure, then build.
The order matters, because automation disappoints when it's built before anyone agreed what it was for or what it was worth.
Discovery
We sit with the people who do the work, follow real jobs from start to finish, and write down every handoff, retype, and wait.
Measure
Rough numbers on each leak: hours a week, dollars a month, customers lost. That's how we rank what to fix first.
Agree on the result
One page, in plain words, saying what the fix has to do. We build against it, and you check the result against it.
Choose the software
What you already own, if it can do the job. If it can't, we'll say so, name what can, and show why a small change now beats years of working around the wrong tool. Custom code only when it's worth it.
Build, test, hand over
On your accounts, with approvals where you want them, tested against the numbers, and documented so your team can run it.
How We Operate
What you can expect from us.
A reply.
Every message gets an answer, and if the answer takes time you'll hear when to expect it.
An honest read.
Sometimes the right answer is an off-the-shelf tool, a different platform than the one you own, or nothing at all. We'll say which, and why.
Recommendations, not just findings.
Every review, report, and reply ends with what we'd do next. You shouldn't have to ask.
A written scope, then checks against it.
What we're building and what it costs, in writing, before we start. Tested against that page before handover, with the results shown to you.
Built to be handed over.
Documented, on your accounts, and runnable by someone who isn't us.
Lines We Hold
Three things we won't build.
These protect you as much as us.
- Texts or calls to people who haven't asked to hear from you. It's against the law, and it gets your number blocked.
- Review requests that filter for happy customers, or replies posted without your approval. Google removes reviews for it.
- Anything that guarantees a ranking or a result nobody can measure.
Bring us the friction.
A description of the work that keeps eating your week is enough to start.
