Less busywork. More time for the work that pays.

We build the systems that take over the work costing you time and money: a text that goes out the minute you miss a call, a job entered once that flows through to the invoice and the books instead of being retyped in each, a morning brief that reads twelve sources so you don't.

Ten minutes of your time, no phone call. We email back the one thing we'd fix first and a rough estimate of what it's costing you.

What We Do

We find the leak, then we fix it.

Most automation shops start with a tool. We start by looking at how a job moves through your business and where the hours and dollars go. Then we build the fix on software you already use, and hand it over working.

Customers

Never lose a customer to a slow reply.

Text back missed calls. Ask every customer for a review. Answer new inquiries in a minute and follow up quotes. Let an AI receptionist take the after-hours booking.

Operations

Type it once. It flows through.

Booking to invoice to payment without retyping. Renewals flagged before they bite. Proposals and reports written from one record. Approvals that find the right person.

Intelligence

What you'd check if you had time, checked for you.

A morning brief from the sources you'd check if you had time. Alerts when a rule, a price, or a permit moves. A weekly numbers report that writes itself.

How We Work

Process before platform.

Automation disappoints when it's built before anyone agreed what it was for. So we start with discovery: map how the work moves today, agree in plain words on what the fix has to do, and only then choose the software.

01DiscoveryWe sit with the people who do the work and map how a job moves today, step by step
02Agree on the resultOne page, in plain words, saying what the fix has to do before anything is built
03Choose the softwareWhat you own if it can do the job, something better if it can't, custom code only when it's worth it

How We Work, start to finish

For Local Businesses

Four problems we fix first.

Each one runs on the phone number and tools you've already got.

Missed CallsWe're on the job all day, so the phone goes to voicemail.

The caller gets a text back within a minute, in your words.

ReviewsOur customers are happy, but our Google page doesn't show it.

Every customer gets the same simple ask, and you approve every reply.

Leads Going ColdPeople fill in the form, and we get to it two days later.

They hear back in a minute and get a nudge if they go quiet.

Hard to FindWe're not in the top three on the map, but our competitors are.

A complete listing, real photos, steady reviews, and a site that answers the questions people actually type.

What each one involves, and what stays with you

In Practice

Who does what, step by step.

Three examples. The colors say who handles each step.

Comes inThe systemYou

Example · Missed-call text-backIllustrative

The caller hears back before they call the next number.

  1. The missed call is noticed System

Your existing number forwards unanswered calls. Nothing changes for customers.

  2. A text goes out in your voice System, wording you approved

Sent within about a minute. Anything urgent is pushed to your phone.

  3. You take it from here You

Every exchange lands in one place, with the booking made or the question waiting for you.

Example · From booking to paymentIllustrative

Typed once, and it flows through.

  1. The job is booked You, as today

The details you already enter become the record every other tool reads from.

  2. The invoice is drafted System

Built from the job, checked against your price list, held for a one-tap approval.

  3. Payment is followed up System, then you at day 21

A polite reminder at day 7 and 14, and a flag to you if it's still open.

Example · Morning briefIllustrative

The update, without the hunt.

  1. What changed System

A source update, with the original linked so you can check it yourself.

  2. Why it may matter System

Summary kept separate from the source facts, so you always know which is which.

  3. What needs a decision You

An unresolved question held for review rather than guessed at.

Fair Questions

The things people ask us first.

Will it say something wrong to a customer?

Anything a customer sees runs on wording you approved. When the system isn't sure, it stops and hands the conversation to a person instead of guessing.

Will we be locked in to you?

No. It's built on accounts in your name, on software you could hire someone else to maintain, and you get the documentation to do that.

Is this replacing my team?

It takes the retyping, the chasing, and the checking. The judgment stays with your people.

What if it breaks?

We build in monitoring so a failed run or a changed source gets noticed. What happens next is spelled out in the scope: some clients keep us on, some run it themselves.

How much of my time does it take?

A conversation up front, a few short check-ins while we build, and a walkthrough at handoff. Your staff keep working the whole time.

What does it cost to run each month?

The software costs are itemized in the scope and billed to you directly, so you can see them and cancel them. Our part is a separate line.

Earmarked Products

What we're building in-house.

Our own products run on the same systems we build for clients. It's how we find out what works before we sell it.

Personal Podcasts

In development

A short daily audio brief on one subject, built from a chosen set of sources rather than the whole internet. Finance runs every weekday as our internal pilot. Space and Holistic Health are next.
