Earmarked Studios is run by Max Gardener in Long Beach, California. We build the systems that take over the work costing a business time and money, and we build our own AI-powered products on the same systems. Small means you talk to the person who builds the thing.
The Idea
Give people their time back.
Every business has work that repeats. Some of it needs a person. Some of it only needs a person because nobody built the alternative. The second kind is where we live.
The gap between what we do and what you could do yourself with an AI tool is narrowing, and that's fine. The value was never a trick. It's working out what's actually worth fixing, building it properly, checking it, and handing you something you own.
Who We Work With
Solo operators, small businesses, and growing teams.
Practices, studios, shops, trades, small firms, and teams of one to fifty who have more recurring work than hours. You don't need a technical person on staff, and you don't need to know what you want automated. Working that out is the first part of the job.
Part of every handoff is explaining what we built, how it decides, and where it could go wrong, because a client who can spot something odd is the best quality check there is.
